Job DescriptionOur award-winning construction client, recognized for their, exceptional customer service, outstanding safety record, and solid reputation, is seeking an Estimator to add to their team! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily, and office markets. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for excellence in construction management - we want to hear from you!WHAT YOU'LL DOPrepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costsUtilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as neededWrite up and present budgets, reports, and project plansDeveloping and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projectsWork with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomouslyWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational, and office marketsExperience working on projects valued up to $50MProficiency in using construction management software and toolsAbility to adapt to changing project requirements and prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA primary focus on delivering the best customer service experienceWHAT YOU'LL EARNA base salary of $70,000-$130,000 based on your experience!A full, industry-leading benefits packageA generous provision for paid holiday and vacation leave - up to 3 weeks in your first year!A culture that champions work-life balance!A leadership team that truly invests in your ongoing professional development!& much more!Looking to join a reputable organization in shaping the future of commercial construction?
