We have built a loyal following by sharing our passion and tips for infant care, sleep strategies, and postpartum support.We provide in-home night care, classes, and consultations for families in the Nashville area, as well as virtual and video support across the United States.Maintaining trust and authenticity are two of our core values, and we aim to partner with companies that both align with our business and add value to the mothers and babies we lovingly work alongside.Responsibilities:Provide infant care, including giving baths, assisting with feedings, changing diapers, and changing clothesSupport mothers postpartum, including nutritional and emotional supportAssess mother and baby as appropriate and document careEducate parents on infant care and self-care practicesEnsure a safe and compassionate environmentCollaborate with the team to develop and implement patient care plansAdhere to professional standards, company policies, and regulatory guidelinesExperience:Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in any of the following areas: NICU, mother-baby, postpartum care, or pediatrics Familiarity with mother/baby care protocol including sleep strategiesProficient in conducting assessments, monitoring vital signs, and administering medicationsRequirements:Valid Registered Nurse license in TennesseeBachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent educationCurrent BLS/CPR certification (adult and infant)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesBenefits:1:1 patient to nurse ratio, intimate in-home careFlexible hours to be home with your own family during the dayPeaceful work environmentSupportive work environment with a collaborative teamBonuses for referrals, birthdays, and anniversariesNot required to work holidaysIf you are a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for supporting moms and babies, we encourage you to apply.
