We provide a framework of centralized services that physicians need to deliver the best care to patients in their own communities.As a proud member of Johns Hopkins Regional Physicians, ENTAA Care is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our patients by delivering exceptional, compassionate care to both adults and children.Our practice offers a comprehensive range of ENT services, including:Allergy and ImmunologyAudiologyDermatologyOtolaryngologySpeech PathologyWe are currently seeking an energetic, compassionate Full time Otolaryngologist to join our team!Key ResponsibilitiesSupport efficient patient flow through effective communication, problem-solving, and patient care activities.Provide direct patient care including exams, assessments, diagnosis, treatment, and prescribing medications.Refer patients to specialists and coordinate appropriate care.Supervise medical staff and participate in teaching, administrative, and committee duties as assigned.Ensure compliance with departmental policies, quality standards, safety regulations, and infection control.Maintain accurate, complete medical records and ensure proper coding/documentation.Attend meetings, CME, and professional development activities per policy.Protect patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA, professional standards, and all applicable regulations.Education / Certifications / License:Maryland Medical Specialty License or CertificationBoard Certification in specialty area of medical practiceFederal DEA LicenseCDS CertificationBasic life support HealthCare Provider (BLS Provider)Malpractice InsuranceWhat Awaits You?Career growth and developmentDiverse and collaborative working environmentExcellent compensation package***Authorization to Work in the United States: Applicants who require sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered for this position.Salary Range: Minimum 10.00/hour - Maximum 200.00/hour.
