This role is ideal for someone who enjoys offensive security, creative problem-solving, and thinking like an adversary.In This Role, You WillDesign and execute red team assessments against AI systems, applications, and supporting infrastructureTranslate ambiguous objectives into structured testing plans and attack strategiesDevelop adversarial testing methodologies to evaluate system security, robustness, and resilienceCraft prompts, attack chains, and adversarial inputs to uncover unintended or unsafe system behaviorIdentify vulnerabilities, security risks, and failure modes through testing and analysisAnalyze system outputs and behaviors to assess security and safety risksDocument findings, communicate risk, and provide actionable recommendationsCollaborate with engineers, researchers, and subject-matter experts to improve system securityContinuously refine testing methodologies based on emerging threats and attacker techniquesRequired QualificationsDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, Cyber Security, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, attack methodologies, and common vulnerability classesExperience with security tools such as Splunk, Wireshark, Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nmap, or similar platforms Comfortable working in Linux and terminal-based environmentsExperience scripting or automating workflows using Python, Bash, or similar languagesFamiliarity with SIEM platforms and security monitoring conceptsAbility to think creatively from an adversarial perspective and investigate complex technical problemsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred QualificationsCompTIA Security+ certification and/or Google Cybersecurity Certificate Experience testing AI, machine learning, or large language model applicationsFamiliarity with prompt injection, jailbreak techniques, or other AI attack methodologiesOffensive security certifications such as PNPT, OSCP, CySA+, GCIH, or GPENExperience supporting government, defense, intelligence, or critical infrastructure environmentsCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $100K–$120K, depending on experience and locationBonus: Performance-based annual bonusProfessional Development: Support for conferences, continuing education, or leadership trainingWork Environment: Fully remote, U.S.-basedHealth Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverageTime Off: Generous PTO and paid holiday scheduleRetirement: 401(k) plan
