Job Description: Handle support ticketsInvestigate issues reported by customers or internal teamsFix minor problems and escalate complex issues to the development teamContribute to occasional feature development and enhancementsRequirements: 1 to 3 years of experience with Ruby on RailsAbility to read logs, trace issues, and perform root cause analysisUnderstanding of databases and background job systems (e.g., Resque)Familiarity with APIs and production systemsExposure to cloud platforms (AWS)
