Position ObjectiveDrive sustainable sales growth and achieve revenue targets within the assigned region by managing and expanding relationships with distributors and end customers. This role is responsible for executing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer service expectations are consistently met or exceeded.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & ExecutionImplement and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with company objectives.Customer & Channel ManagementDevelop, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with distributors and end users.Motivate, support, and provide sales direction to distribution partners.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Technical & Specification DevelopmentObtain product specifications and approvals with engineering firms, OEMs, and distributors to drive project-based sales opportunities.Provide product training and technical presentations at distributor and customer levels.Market Intelligence & Competitive AnalysisAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.Maintain in-depth knowledge of competitors and deliver regular competitiveness and market share reports.Proactively inform management of market changes that may impact the company’s position and support the development of response strategies.Reporting & Performance ManagementMonitor, analyze, and report on sales performance with accuracy and timeliness.Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness, margins, and market penetration.QualificationsProven sales experience in the refractory industry and/or high-temperature insulation solutions within industrial environments.Strong understanding of technical sales, distribution models, and project-based selling.Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.What We OfferCompetitive base salaryComprehensive benefits packagePerformance-based variable bonus tied to results
