Math Instructor

Position SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Math Instructor to teach students in small groups and one-on-one settings. The ideal candidate enjoys helping students understand math concepts, build confidence, and develop a love for learning.ResponsibilitiesTeach math to K–8 students in small-group and one-on-one settings.Deliver engaging lessons aligned with Texas TEKS and support STAAR readiness.Identify learning gaps and adapt instruction to meet individual student needs.Help students with school curriculum, homework, and test preparation.Assist in developing and improving the Math curriculum, lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, and instructional materials.Track student progress and provide feedback to parents and academy staff.Create a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment.Qualifications·        Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in Mathematics, Education, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.·        Previous teaching or tutoring experience is preferred.·        Strong understanding of K-8 math concepts.·        Excellent communication and classroom management skills.·        Patient, positive, and passionate about helping students succeed.·        Availability for after-school, evening, or weekend classes.Preferred Qualifications·        Texas teaching certification or classroom teaching experience.·        Experience with TEKS, STAAR, or Algebra I instruction.·        Experience teaching in small-group or tutoring environments.What We Offer·        Competitive hourly pay based on experience.·        Flexible part-time schedule.·        Modern, well-equipped learning environment.·        Supportive and collaborative team.·        Opportunities for professional growth within our expanding Math Program.How to ApplyPlease complete the application form below and upload your resume.For questions about this position, contact hr@thinnkbotics.com
