Purchasing Coordinator
Soni Resources' client is seeking a Purchasing Coordinator to join their team! The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities, ensuring the timely acquisition of high-quality goods and services at optimal costs. This role is crucial in supporting the organization's operational efficiency and patient care.Responsibilities:Manage the procurement process from requisition to receipt, including creating purchase orders, tracking orders, and resolving discrepancies. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to optimize pricing, delivery, and quality. Monitor inventory levels, identify procurement needs, and implement cost-saving strategies. Conduct market research and analysis to ensure competitive pricing and sourcing. Perform administrative tasks related to purchasing, including data entry, recordkeeping, and reporting. Requirements:Associates or Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. Minimum of five years of purchasing experience. Strong organizational, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
