HR Operations ManagerRemote (East Coast)We’re partnering with a high-growth, venture-backed healthcare company transforming how obesity and cardiometabolic conditions are managed through a combination of clinical care, GLP-1 therapies, and data-driven population health solutions.This role sits within an early-stage, rapidly scaling team and will focus on building and owning the operational backbone of the People function. You’ll work closely with leadership to ensure a seamless employee experience across payroll, benefits, onboarding, and core HR operations, while helping bring structure and scalability to a growing organization.What you’ll doOwn and manage end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across bi-weekly cyclesAdminister and continuously improve employee benefits programs, serving as a key point of contact for related questions and supportLead and optimize onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience from offer through day one and beyondBuild and refine scalable HR workflows, policies, and processes to support company growthPartner with external vendors and evaluate new systems or tools as the organization scalesEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulationsCollaborate closely with leadership and hiring managers to support strong execution of people programsOwn and improve HR systems (HRIS), with the opportunity to implement new tools and infrastructure over timeLeverage data and reporting to improve visibility into HR operations and support decision-makingContribute to overall employee experience, ensuring employees are set up for success from day oneRequirements5–8+ years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or HR generalist rolesStrong experience managing payroll and benefits administrationExperience owning onboarding and employee lifecycle processes end-to-endComfort working with (and improving) HR systems and operational workflowsHighly detail-oriented with strong execution and organizational skillsAbility to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownershipStrong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with leadership and cross-functional teamsPreferred:Experience in healthcare, biotech, or high-growth startup environmentsExposure to HR systems implementation or process build-outExperience leveraging HR data and analytics to drive improvementsWhy this roleOpportunity to join at an early stage and build foundational HR infrastructureHigh-impact role with direct exposure to leadership and influence on company operationsAbility to shape systems, processes, and employee experience from the ground upFast-paced, collaborative environment with strong growth trajectoryCompetitive compensation and benefits packageIf you're interested in learning more, please send a resume to s.viall@kennedybond.com
