While share the profiles for review let me know the markup % of the vendor to the candidate if any C2C cases are there.Role Overview:The Project Manager will support the Enterprise PMO (EPMO) in driving delivery across strategic technology and transformation initiatives, with an immediate focus on stabilization, integration planning, and execution.The role requires strong leadership across applications, integration platforms, and AWS-based environments, with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multi‑stakeholder environment.Key Responsibilities: Lead end‑to‑end delivery ownership of complex, cross‑functional initiatives across applications, integration, and cloud platformsAct as a single point of accountability for delivery outcomes, ensuring alignment across scope, timelines, and business objectivesDrive EPMO governance and discipline, including structured reporting, SteerCo materials, risk and issue tracking, and decision managementPartner closely with business and technology leadership (Directors / VPs) to align on priorities, manage expectations, and drive outcomesOrchestrate delivery across multiple workstreams and teams, ensuring dependencies, sequencing, and integration points are well managedSupport post‑merger integration efforts, including consolidation, alignment of platforms, and execution of integration roadmapsEstablish and maintain proactive communication cadence, ensuring transparency and early identification of risks or bottlenecksDrive financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, effort tracking, and variance managementIdentify and mitigate delivery, operational, and integration risks, with clear mitigation plans and escalation pathsCoordinate with internal teams and external partners/vendors to ensure delivery consistency and accountabilityFacilitate decision‑making forums by providing clear, data‑driven insights and recommendationsEnsure alignment with enterprise standards, compliance, and audit requirementsContinuously identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, governance, and execution rigorExperience & Profile ExpectationsDemonstrated experience leading complex, large‑scale technology or transformation initiatives within enterprise environmentsProven ability to operate in high‑visibility roles, engaging effectively with senior stakeholders (Director/VP level and above)Strong exposure to structured governance models (EPMO frameworks) and delivery in regulated environmentsExperience working across applications, integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft), and cloud ecosystems (AWS preferred)Background in Banking / Financial Services / Credit Union environments is strongly preferredExperience in post‑merger integration, transformation programs, or multi‑workstream delivery is highly valuableAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution and delivery ownershipKey Capabilities:Strong leadership presence and accountability for outcomesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities while maintaining execution disciplineStrong financial and operational acumenProactive, structured, and solutions‑oriented mindset
