Corporate Associate (Mid-Level)

We are searching for a mid-level associate to join our Corporate group in our Atlanta office. The ideal candidate would have experience with emerging growth companies, venture capital financings and growth and private equity, including experience with a mix of M&A buy and sell side transactions. Depending on existing experience, your practice would involve a mix of representing companies and venture funds in venture financing rounds and M&A as well as investor-side financing in growth equity rounds. You will have significant client contact on a daily basis, and must be comfortable interacting with CEOs, Boards of Directors and general partners of funds.
