Work from a park bench, take inspiration from the brick sidewalks and cap off the day with a sunset concert.We’re seeking an E-Commerce Brand Manager for a high-volume online retailer of Pocket Knives. This role goes beyond managing a content calendar. It’s about crafting engaging visuals, short-form videos, and posts that bring our clients' products to life and connect authentically with their audiences.The E-Commerce Brand Manager is responsible for the reputation and promotion of a company and its brand on all digital platforms, including social media and email marketing. This position seeks to drive both new customer acquisition and customer retention through a planned combination of digital marketing. In addition, this role assists with product listings.Social & Digital Media:Stay current with applicable social media platform offerings, features, and best practicesEvaluate the brand's product offerings, new items, promotional options, and select products for promotion on social media, SMS, and Email MarketingWork with Marketing team members to produce content that meets or exceeds the quality standards of other industry leaders in the areas of photography, style, and voiceWork with Marketing team members to create and manage a social media content calendar for a min of 30 days in advance for each platform (ad hoc posts can be added as needed)Work with other team members for proofing and reviewing of all Social Media postsExecute social media postsManage and Moderate Social Media CommentsAssist the warehouse team with website listing development including product photography and listing descriptionsAssist with coordinating specials, promotions and dropsReview website for product descriptions, and general website usability to recommend improvementsMonitor competitors and recommend new tactics, channels, and features to gain competitive advantageProvide monthly reporting on media performance, engagement, growth, and corresponding sales.Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus1–2 years of experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or a related fieldExperience managing deadlines and working within tight timelinesKnowledge & Skills:Passion for Pocket Knives as collectibles, outdoor use, hunting, camping, or general knowledge is a strong plus.Base understanding of digital media design methods and practicesStrong understanding of social media platforms and specifications (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)Familiarity with AI-based image and video generation tools is strongly preferredProficiency in design and editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)Excellent writing and communication skillsSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environmentDesired Skills & Abilities:Ability to travel to a product warehouse 1-2 days a week (approx. 1.5 hours from the Collierville office location) - mileage expense available.Creative problem-solving and artistic visionPassion for social media trends and storytellingCuriosity for trying new design tools, AI creative workflows, and formatsAbility to adapt creative concepts for different client brands and audiencesAccepts feedback and revisions with a positive attitudeExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and work both collaboratively and independentlyComfortable meeting tight deadlines while tracking work in project management systemsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Shopify, and MailChimp is a plus.Basic understanding of AI-generated images, Videos, and LLMWhat We Offer:Competitive salaryMedical, dental, vision, and life insurance401(k) plan with company matchWorking Conditions:Sedentary office work, primarily sitting for extended periodsClose collaboration with team membersOccasional outdoor work in varying weather conditions for photo shootsWork in environmentally controlled indoor settingsAbility to lift, set up, and operate equipment weighing up to 25 poundsHandle and control objects, tools, or controlsWork in environments with varying levels of brightnessWhy Stakt:At Stakt, we value creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
