Role OverviewWe are seeking a Technical Product Developer who can bridge business needs with technical execution. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, developers, and data teams to design, build, and enhance data-driven and application-based products initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with business and technical teams to define product requirements and solutionsTranslate requirements into technical specifications and development plansParticipate in design, development, and enhancement of applications and data productsWork closely with engineering teams on APIs, data pipelines, and system integrationsSupport product lifecycle activities including testing, deployment, and optimizationAnalyze system performance and recommend improvementsEnsure alignment with security, compliance, and state standardsDocument product features, workflows, and technical designsRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of experience in product development, application development, or technical product rolesStrong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)Experience with APIs, system integrations, and data-driven applicationsHands-on experience with SQL and data analysisAbility to work between business stakeholders and technical teamsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsNice to HaveExperience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExposure to data warehousing or analytics platformsExperience in government/public sector projects
