Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Locations: Canton, MI; Dearborn, MI; Grosse Pointe Woods, MI; Lansing, MI; Southgate, MI; Sterling Heights, MIWork Arrangement: Scheduled Work-from-Home Days AvailableFull Time Positions to fill: 5Duties will include:Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans and strategiesDevelop new programs and perform ongoing adjustments to current programs as neededCollaborate with treatment team (director, parents and other support network) to review case progressProvide training, supervision, and support for clinicians and therapists, in all policies and proceduresCommunicate with funding sources regarding client progress, reports, meetings, authorizations, etc.Maintain caseload of billable hours in addition to supervisory dutiesQualifications for employment include:Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR Master's degree and completion of ABA courseworkKnowledge of ABA and DTT is requiredValid driver's license and a reliable form of insured transportationMust possess excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving and time management skillsProficiency in written and spoken English; Fluency in a foreign language a plusAptitude to engage in higher-level management functions when requiredAbility to communicate with team members routinely, regarding schedules and client's changing needsBilingual/Multilingual candidates have opportunity for increased base paySkills and Certifications: BCBA
