Manager, Applications Development & Engineering
Overview:
In this role you will lead multiple software development teams to deliver ROI-aligned legal applications. You will shape the application portfolio strategy, governance, and delivery processes while partnering with business stakeholders. You will drive DevOps, CI/CD, and quality frameworks, and mentor top engineering talent. Responsibilities:
- Oversee multiple development teams, ensuring ROI-aligned delivery
- Define KPIs, budgets, and SLAs for the application portfolio
- Implement and maintain DevOps, CI/CD, and quality frameworks
- Mentor and hire top engineering talent
- Liaise between IT and business to align technical strategy
Key requirements:
- 10+ years in software delivery 3+ years in managerial roles
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, information systems, computer engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of DevOps, Agile, cloud architecture
- Experience in technology budgeting and portfolio management
