Veterinary Receptionist Join our team at Small Animal Veterinary Services in Fleetwood, PA and be a part of a full-service animal veterinary practice that provides exceptional care to both urgent care cases and routine pet patients. We are looking for a compassionate Veterinary Receptionist who is organized, has excellent communication skills, and can remain calm under pressure. Daily Responsibilities: Greet clients and patients with a friendly demeanor Differentiate routine cases from emergency cases Schedule appointments efficiently Enter client, patient, and financial data accurately into the computer system(we use EZYvet software) Generate invoices and explain them to clients Process payments and manage financial transactions Retrieve and store medical documents Required Skills: Compassion for animals and their owners Strong organizational skills Excellent telephone and interpersonal communication skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Experience in small animal care Basic understanding of veterinary medicine ex:vaccine schedule, flea and tick products, etc. Company Information: Small Animal Veterinary Services is a privately owned, full-service animal veterinary practice located in Fleetwood, PA.
