Responsibilities: - Safely operate a variety of trucks, including delivery trucks, and tractor-trailers. - Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment and techniques. - Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving on public roads. - Plan and execute efficient routes to ensure timely delivery of goods. - Perform routine inspections and maintenance on vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition. - Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members. - Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety, delivery schedules, and documentation. Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as a commercial truck driver. - Proficient in operating trucks with manual transmissions. - Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance is a plus.
