NYS Licensed Practical Nurse

Career Connection Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who can join our clients healthcare team! This direct hire position with a well respected and privately owned practice offers: $25 - $27/hr. Full Time: 40 hours (4 days, 1 evening/week until 8:00PM, set schedule with options for flexibility, rotating Saturday morning (8AM-12PM) from September-May (Approx. one Saturday/month.) Benefits: PTO, 401K & Health Insurance Duties include but are not limited to: Rooming patients Administering vaccines Medication reconciliation Obtaining vitals Performing EKG, PFT, and other in office testing Stocking and cleaning exam rooms Phone triage Complete assessments and required forms / documents in accordance with company policy and state and/or federal regulations Requirements: Valid New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Medent experience preferred. At least 1 year of experience. Familiarity with nursing documentation standards aligned with NCQA standards and HIPAA compliance. Excellent communication skills to effectively educate patients and collaborate with coworkers. Ability to handle situations confidently while maintaining professionalism.
