Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Pinecrest, FL, for a highly skilled Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key daily tasks include coordinating with team members, managing project timelines, conducting inspections, overseeing logistics, and expediting project deliverables. Collaboration, problem-solving, and attention to detail will be key aspects of this role. Qualifications Strong Project Management, Expediting, and Expeditor skillsExperience in Inspection and ensuring strict adherence to quality standardsProficiency in Logistics Management and the ability to streamline project workflowsProven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and organizational skillsFamiliarity with high-end or specialized construction projects is a plusAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site team environmentBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred
