Warehouse Lead

The Warehouse lead is responsible for the complete direction, supervision and management of warehouse operations, inventory management, personnel & process management, fill rates and facility management. The Warehouse Manager will maintain high levels of accuracy in day-to-day operations, lead and develop the warehouse team and provide impeccable order fulfillment. Primary Responsibilities: * Ensure an efficient warehouse operation to fulfill operational and customer demand. * Work effectively with other departments to ensure coordination of sales, inventory, and on time distribution. Strive for 100% correct fulfillment. * Serve as the on-site inventory control expert. Conduct daily reviews of stock levels to ensure replenishment is on hand. * Maintain inventory accuracy within the warehouse operations. Investigate and implement corrective actions for inventory discrepancies. * Establish operational procedures for activities such as verification of delivery, handling and disposition of materials. * Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policy and applicable law. * Recruit, manage, and evaluate warehouse personnel for optimum performance. * Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Safety and Environmental procedures and ensuring they are understood and practiced by the team at all times. Skill Requirements: * Successful management experience including but not limited to: leadership and motivational ability, time management and organizational skills, training, coaching and counseling. * Mathematical and analytical skills necessary to plan and fulfill short term and long term customer orders. And the ability to evaluate warehouse performance. * Commitment to meeting the needs of a diverse customer base. * Knowledge of proper safety procedures, equipment maintenance, and warehouse best practices * Proven successful management of material handling * High level of professional integrity * Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. * Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of UPC’s and digital stock keeping procedures. * Must pass pre-employment drug screen Job Type: Full-time
