Experienced Family Law Attorney | Hybrid | Dallas/Tarrant
We are a growing, litigation-focused law firm serving clients across the DallasFort Worth metroplex, with a strong presence in Collin, Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant counties. Our practice centers on family law, with additional work in estate planning and personal injury. We are seeking a confident, courtroom-ready Associate who is comfortable managing family and criminal law cases from start to finish and wants to grow within a structured, supportive, and team-oriented environment. What Youll Do * Manage a caseload of family or criminal law matters (divorce, SAPCR, child support, enforcement, misdemeanor and felonies etc.) * Handle cases from intake through final trial * Appear in court regularly (temporary orders, hearings, mediations, and trials) * Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery (with strong paralegal support) * Prepare clients and witnesses for hearings and trial * Negotiate settlements while being fully prepared to litigate when needed What Makes This Role Different * You will have dedicated operational support to assist with drafting and case management * Systems and software in place for client and case management * You will work in a firm that values organization, communication, and client respect * We maintain clear expectations and structured workflows * We believe in being strong advocates without burning out our team What Were Looking For * Licensed to practice law in Texas * At least 2 years of experience in family or criminal law * Someone looking to grow with us * Comfortable handling both contested and uncontested matters independently * Courtroom confidence (youre not afraid to litigate and advocate) * Strong organizational and communication skills * A team player with a sense of humor *Bonus Points For:* * Some experience in personal injury or probate would be great * Familiarity with courts in Dallas, Collin, Denton, and Tarrant counties Work Environment * Hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 remote to start) * Office located in North Dallas * MUST reside in the DFW metroplex Compensation & Benefits In addition, we offer: * $3,000 signing bonus * Weekly pay * Aflac A&D, Teladoc * Paid dental & vision * Mental health days * Just Because bonuses * Paid federal holidays + all days the firm is closed * Unlimited flexible PTO after 2 years We dont believe the client is always rightbut we do believe every client should feel valued and respected.
