Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to create persuasive presentation materials that help drive commercial opportunities and support key business initiatives in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role blends visual storytelling, presentation design, and creative asset development to turn complex ideas, data, and partnership concepts into clear, engaging content. The ideal candidate brings strong PowerPoint expertise, a sharp eye for design, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-moving environment.Responsibilities:• Develop visually engaging presentation decks that transform business goals and strategic concepts into clear, compelling narratives• Design custom slide formats and maintain a consistent visual approach across materials through strong use of layout, hierarchy, spacing, and typography• Present commercial insights, partnership information, and core messaging in a way that is easy to understand and visually effective• Handle several projects at once while adapting to changing timelines and delivering high-quality work on schedule• Review all presentation and proposal materials for accuracy, brand alignment, and overall visual excellence before delivery• Identify and curate strong brand-appropriate imagery to enhance proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials• Translate ideas into actionable creative guidance and prepare detailed briefs for design support when collaboration is needed• Produce visual mockups independently using tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator when project needs require it• Maintain an organized collection of approved templates, images, and creative assets for ongoing team use• Support the Commercial Operations team with evolving priorities while keeping presentation materials current with modern design trends• At least 2 years of experience in presentation design, visual content development, marketing support, or a closely related field• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to build high-impact presentation materials• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including Adobe Photoshop; experience with Illustrator or Lightroom is an advantage• Strong understanding of visual design principles such as typography, color, composition, alignment, and information hierarchy• Ability to choose imagery and creative elements that effectively support tone, brand identity, and message clarity• Demonstrated attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate and consistent work• Proven ability to manage revisions, balance multiple assignments, and perform effectively in a fast-paced setting• A portfolio that highlights presentation work and showcases both design quality and technical skill is preferredInnovation starts with people.®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
