Location: Onsite - West Plains, MO
Hourly Rate: $17.00 (Monthly bonus commission available.)
Hours: 11am - 8pm
The Membership Services Representative plays a vital role in supporting our members by activating new memberships, reinstating inactive members, and delivering exceptional customer service from our West Plains office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, values teamwork, and wants stable, in-office work with opportunities to earn bonus commissions.

Responsibilities
The Membership Services Representative serves as the primary liaison and communication link with members, handling day-to-day membership needs and inquiries via phone, email, and online communications while working onsite with a local support team.
Researches and resolves member questions or concerns to ensure a positive experience and high satisfaction
Processes new membership applications and reinstatements
Updates and maintains accurate member information in internal databases
Consistently delivers friendly, professional, and compassionate customer service
Contributes to a collaborative team environment to meet or exceed service, production, and quality goals
Meets and exceeds daily, weekly, and monthly performance expectations
Processes member payments and completes daily balancing tasks as required
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center, office, retail, or hospitality experience welcomed)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with general office equipment (multi-line phones, copiers, fax machines, etc.)
Ability to work onsite in West Plains, MO and maintain regular attendance
