We are expanding rapidly across Europe and are looking for passionate talents to grow with us in west Europe.Job ResponsibilitiesVisual Merchandising Coordination & SupportSupport the execution of visual merchandising across Southwest Europe (Italy, Switzerland, Spain, etc.)Assist in adapting and implementing HQ visual guidelines (KV, display, layout) to local marketsHelp maintain and update VM guidelines and SI manualsCoordinate with internal teams (design, retail, sales) to ensure alignment on visual standardsStore Project Coordination (Office-based)Support retail projects (flagship, SIS, brand zones) from a coordination perspectiveTrack project timelines, deliverables, and visual readiness before store openingsAssist in collecting feedback from field teams and following up on action itemsHelp prepare project reports, checklists, and documentationPOSM Management & Order ExecutionAssist in managing POSM materials (KV, price tags, display materials, etc.)Coordinate material requests, order placement, and delivery trackingMaintain material database (specifications, quantities, usage)Support standardization of materials and ensure consistency across storesVendor Coordination & Administrative SupportSupport communication with suppliers (production, printing, logistics)Follow up on production timelines, shipment status, and issue resolutionAssist in collecting quotations, comparing suppliers, and maintaining recordsHelp ensure smooth daily operations with vendorsData Tracking & Process SupportMaintain and update VM and POSM-related data (orders, costs, timelines)Support basic data analysis and reporting (Excel / Power BI)Assist in building standardized workflows and improving operational efficiencyQualificationsBasic RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Design, Business, or related fields2–5 years of experience in retail, merchandising, operations, or related rolesMandarin & English are must.
