Day Program Instructor

Responsibilities Provide continuous instruction for independent community and vocational skills objectives that correspond with individuals' abilities and development. Ensure compliance with Individual's ISP and services stated in the Service Design, and supply instructions and techniques as necessary. Teach and promote proper activities and appropriate use of time. Coordinate, document, and review activity schedules for individuals served. Instruct individuals on achieving and maintaining adaptive skills and appropriate behaviors. Qualifications Valid driver's license (driving is required for this position) Ability to pass a LiveScan background check Reliable transportation Patience, compassion, and ability to be a role model for adults with disabilities Compensation The anticipated hiring range for this full-time position is $19.50 to $21.00 per hour, plus benefits and perks.
