It is in this spirit that we encourage you to explore this opportunity to join The Management Trust team.Employee Owner Position PurposeThe Compliance Administrator is responsible for promoting and enforcing established residential property standards designed to preserve the aesthetics and lifestyle of the community. These standards are defined by the HOA Governing Documents and other requirements set forth by the Board of Directors. This role partners closely with the Compliance Inspector to discuss community status and homeowner feedback.Job Duties And Responsibilities Conduct exterior inspections of all homeowner change and/or improvement requests to verify specifications are in accordance with community standards Prepare and mail courtesy notices produced from site inspections and/or as reported by the Community Services Officers (CSOs) Process Architectural Control applications; prepare related plan review documentation for Committee review/approval Attend Architectural Control meetings, prepare packets in advance, and record minutes Prepare and deliver communications to homeowners regarding the Architectural Control process; provide timely and accurate feedback to related questions and concerns Provide compliance training as directed by community leadership Other duties and special projects as assignedQualifications High School Diploma (or equivalent); Associate’s Degree preferred Minimum of (2) years of property management (or related) experience; CCAM certification preferred Strong preference for previous experience in facilities and/or maintenance management in hospitality, property management, or a related industry Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Strong leadership abilities and comfort with public speaking (small and large groups) Conflict resolution skills Ability to meet deadlines and address time-sensitive issues Superior multi-tasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication Ability to provide high-level customer service with astute attention to detail and organization Must be a team player Ability to manage workflow amid shifting priorities Willing to learn Company process and procedures, and learn/use proprietary software Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record Professional and respectful demeanor with all staff and guests at all timesSpecial Position Requirements Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and driving record in compliance with Company policyEssential Functions Use standard office equipment, including: computer, phone, copier/scanner, etc. Be stationary for periods of time Relocate up to (25) pounds Travel to and from offsite meetingsSUPERVISES OTHERS?
