Website: www.aerosys.net Opportunity We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our brand in managing daily accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for accuracy and a knack for multi-tasking. Key Responsibilities Financial Support · Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently. · Perform account reconciliations. · Accounts Payable and Receivable functions. · Manage timesheets and expense reports for staff. Data Management · Create and distribute reports using QuickBooks. · Maintain organized records of financial transactions and relevant documents. · Provide other misc. accounting support as needed. Office/Administrative Coordination · Assist with office administrative tasks as needed. Special Projects · Provide as-needed support with office and company events. Qualifications Experience · Previous experience in accounts payable/receivable preferred. · Previous experience with the accounting software QuickBooks is preferred. Technical Skills · Excellent PC skills required in Outlook, Excel, and MS Word. Soft Skills · Highly motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills. · Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight turnaround times. · Strong communicative ability, both verbal and written. · Possess a high level of accuracy in data entry and a strong knack for organization.
