The lives of consultants, clients, and their customers are transformed through data and AI.The Role:As an Associate Director Solutions Lead, you will shape repeatable solutions, bringing technical credibility and commercial acumen to drive impact to our clients. You will work directly with clients to understand business, technical or sector-specific challenges and translate them into practical, repeatable data and AI solutions. Your role is to own and support the creation and scaling of repeatable solutions and/or IP - frameworks, accelerators and architectures - that Sales can use to win deals, Delivery can use to execute consistently, and Partners can integrate to strengthen solutions. Success means Kubrick has proven, scalable repeatable solutions and/or IP that supports us: Win more workDeliver higher average deal sizes and margins, and Strengthen our reputation as a trusted partnerAs an Associate Director, this will include both support and development of existing or potential solutions including application to different sectors, collaborating with other Solution Leads; or ownership of your own solutions. As such, solutions may be relevant to one or multiple sectors, in alignment to Kubrick’s strategy and pipeline.Key Responsibilities: Own the creation and lifecycle of sector specific repeatable solutions, IP and/or accelerators; from concept development through to launch including development of demos and sales materials Provide Delivery Oversight and Internal Enablement of solutions or potential solutions with clients Translate client and/or sector challenges into reusable blueprints for sales and delivery Integrate partner technologies (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure, Collibra) into solutions as appropriate Catalogue and embed solution approaches into enablement playbooks Influence the Solutions Roadmap for new solutions and cross-sector application Client & Market Engagement Act as trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (C-suite, C-1, C-2) Define who to target (persona, buyer roles, senior influencers) Shape technical, business area or sector specific story and differentiators for repeatable solutions Lead discovery conversations in early client meetings to uncover pain points and map them to sector IPWe success looks like:Kubrick recognised as a go-to solutions partner in the sector Solutions and/or IP is repeatable, adopted widely and driving measurable growth Clear revenue and margin uplift linked to solution adoption Stronger C-level relationships built on trusted advisory Pipeline of trained, sector fluent talent supporting delivery and growthWhat Kubrick offers:A fast moving and fast growth business which is doing something seriously innovative and valuable.
