Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Mechanic to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of vehicles to ensure they are safe, reliable, and meet the highest standards of quality. Your expertise will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties - Diagnose and repair a wide range of automotive issues, including mechanical, electrical, and computerized systems. - Conduct routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake pad replacements, and tire rotations. - Perform advanced repairs, such engine repair and transmission replacements. - Utilize power tools and welding equipment to complete various tasks. - Collaborate with other technicians to complete complex projects. - Maintain accurate records of work completed, including parts used and labor hours. - Stay up-to-date with the latest industry technologies, including ADAS systems. - Work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. - Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude. Requirements - Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic in a dealership setting or equivalent. - Strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to apply it to a variety of vehicles. - Experience with powertrain and automotive diagnostics. - Ability to use a range of power tools, including welders. - Familiarity with diesel engine repair and maintenance. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. - Valid driver's license and a reliable means of transportation.
