Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Westfield, IN, for a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for conducting equipment maintenance and repair, diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, and performing field service on heating, cooling, and air quality systems. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining detailed service records. Efficiency, safety, and adherence to company standards are essential to this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks, including servicing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and geothermal systemsStrong Troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve technical issues efficientlyExperience in Field Service work, including on-site inspections and repairsExcellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on clear communication and customer satisfactionAbility to adhere to safety protocols and follow company policiesTechnical training or certification in HVAC or a related field is preferredEPA Section 608 Technician Certification is a plusValid driver’s license with a good driving recordWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed for emergency services
