Cashier PositionSummary: To greet entering/departing guest and to accurately compute all cash handling functions in the restaurantEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesTo greet guests that enter the restaurant, thank and invite guests back upon departureTo have knowledge of all casino and/or restaurant locationsTo accurately compute all guest check totals and provide correct changeTo accurately complete cash handling functionsTo have working knowledge of the Point of Sales systemKeep Cashier's workstation clean and organized as well as the entire restaurantUpdate menu board as neededMake all necessary announcements over public address system clearly and professionallyTo attend all meetings and/or training sessions (All meetings and training sessions are considered mandatory)To perform other duties as assignedLight Work – Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly.General QualificationsPractice good hygiene at all timesGood interpersonal skillsAbility to work at a fast pace in a confined areaMust have excellent mathematical skillsEducation And/Or ExperienceGED or High School Diploma requiredPrefer one to three years of previous cash handling experiencePrefer one to three years of previous host/hostess experience
