Its advanced data platform helps organizations turn data into actionable insights and supports data-driven decision-making across a broad range of industries.About the Opportunity:The Analytics Engineer supports growth and monetization initiatives by using data to improve pricing strategies, trial experiences, and product adoption. This role combines analytical rigor with practical business application, partnering with cross-functional teams to generate insights, improve data workflows, and influence product and business outcomes.Responsibilities:• Analyze factors that drive successful sales proofs of concept and self-service trials.• Collaborate with cross-functional growth teams to refine product-led sales strategies.• Support the evolution of monetization strategies in alignment with product and business changes.• Experiment with and implement new data tools and workflows.• Provide feedback to product teams based on data and user experience.• Train colleagues to effectively use the organization’s data platform as an analytical workspace.• Develop and maintain reliable, scalable data workflows that support analytical and business needs.• Identify opportunities to improve data accessibility, quality, and usability.• Apply analytical insights to support product adoption, growth, and revenue initiatives.Requirements:• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, data science, or a related analytical field.• Proven ability to maximize business impact while navigating ambiguity and supporting critical business functions.• Openness to exploring emerging technologies and improving data workflows.• Strong commitment to quality, simplicity, maintainability, and practical solutions.• Proficiency with agent management, SQL, and dbt.• Experience maintaining data warehouses and ELT pipelines.• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Preferred Qualifications:• Experience working in B2B sales or product-led growth environments.• Familiarity with emerging data tools and AI-assisted analytical workflows.• Experience contributing to data communities through documentation, mentoring, or knowledge sharing.Pay Range and Compensation Package:• Salary range of $153,375–$204,500 annually.• Placement within the range depends on factors including geographic location, skills, experience, and internal equity.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
