Who We AreWindermere Animal Hospital in Fishers, IN is looking for a Grooming Salon Manager. This person will be responsible for managing and leading salon operations by providing exceptional services. The ideal person will coach and inspire other groomers to provide an optimal experience for pets and their owners. This person must lead with confidence, compassion and inspire other groomers to improve their craft. The Grooming Salon Manager must have experience providing a high level of customer service and should have a proven track record of customer satisfaction. This person must understand analytics and be able to improve salon performance while also effectively managing day-to-day operations. Aside from having a deep love for animals, this person must also have the right temperament while handling pets and must be able to handle pets of all sizes.
