Forklift/Warehouse worker

Role Overview We are seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Johnstown, Colorado 80534 facility. This position is a 4-month contract with the potential for extension, offering openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts at a pay rate of $20.50 per hour. Core Responsibilities Your primary focus will be the efficient loading, unloading, and stocking of tires and automotive components within a high-speed warehouse setting. You will operate industrial machinery, including forklifts and order pickers, while utilizing scanning technology to manage inventory placement and tracking. Physical stamina is essential, as you will be required to lift 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds on occasion. For heavier commercial tires, you will utilize mechanical aids or collaborate with teammates, and you must be capable of exerting 40 pounds of push force for industrial or agricultural items. You will operate equipment at heights reaching 25 feet, requiring a high level of comfort and safety awareness. This is an active role that demands standing for long durations and the flexibility to work overtime. You will help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all operational protocols. Additionally, you may support various areas such as e-commerce, inventory, or will-call services as operational demands shift.
