A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available in Fortson, GA, offering a contract position within a school setting. This opportunity provides flexibility with part-time or full-time hours, up to 37.5 hours per week, and an assignment period from ASAP through May 21st, 2026.Responsibilities:Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services for students with speech, language, and communication disorders.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students' unique needs.Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress.Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district policies.Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary supporting efforts.Adapt caseload and therapy approaches according to district requirements and candidate experience.Qualifications:Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license.Valid Georgia Professional Standards Commission (GaPSC) Educator certification.Candidates currently in their clinical fellowship year (SLP-CFY) will be considered.Experience working with school-aged children in educational settings is preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Benefits & Perks:Flexible scheduling accommodating part-time or full-time commitments.Opportunity to work in a collaborative district environment.Gain valuable experience supporting diverse student populations.Contract position allowing for professional growth and autonomy.
