Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in Banking/Financial Services to lead Agile delivery for critical initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive Agile best practices, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure high-quality delivery in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)Drive Agile transformation and ensure adherence to Scrum principlesCollaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize backlogRemove impediments and ensure smooth sprint executionTrack and report sprint progress, risks, and dependenciesCoach teams on Agile maturity and continuous improvementWork closely with distributed teams in a hybrid setupRequired Skills & Qualifications10+ years of IT experience with strong Agile/Scrum expertiseProven experience as a Scrum Master in Banking/Financial domainStrong understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery modelsExperience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOpsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsScrum certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe) preferredNice to HaveExperience in digital banking, payments, or regulatory projectsExposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices
