We’re looking for someone highly organized, a self-starter, can work flexible hours, responsive, and comfortable speaking with a major client directlyResponsibilitiesContact participants from our internal database via text, email, and phoneSchedule participants for daily motion capture research sessionsFind last minute replacement participants for last minute cancellationsCommunicate any cancellations, reschedules, or scheduling conflicts to the teamHelp maintain a smooth scheduling pipeline for ongoing studiesRequirementsStrong communication and organizational skillsMust be a self-starterMust be able to work efficiently remotely from homeComfortable speaking with people throughout the dayAbility to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environmentReliable internet connectionMust have a computer.
