Our team focuses on fostering growth and creating value while promoting collaboration and creativity.OverviewThe Marketing Coordinator, External Marketing & Creative supports the execution of external marketing efforts, including creative content and campaigns. This role is responsible for developing and producing marketing materials across digital and print channels while helping ensure consistency in brand and messaging.This position plays a key role in supporting Marketing & Sales initiatives by focusing on day-to-day marketing tasks, contributing to campaign execution, and assisting with department priorities as needed. The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.Key responsibilities include:External Marketing & Campaign ExecutionSupport and execute external marketing campaigns across digital and print channelsAssist with campaign planning, timelines, and deliverablesCoordinate and maintain marketing calendarsCreative Content (Digital & Print)Create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, and sales collateralDesign digital content for email campaigns, social media, and web useEnsure all materials align with brand standards and messagingDigital Marketing & SEOSupport website updates, landing pages, and content uploadsAssist with SEO efforts, including keyword updates and content optimizationHelp manage and track digital performance metricsEmail & Campaign SupportAssist with building and sending email campaignsSupport list management and campaign reportingCross-Functional SupportWork closely with Sales, Operations, and leadership to support business development effortsGather content, updates, and onsite insights to support marketing initiativesComfortable collaborating across departments and contributing to company-wide initiatives that support overall business goalsDepartment Support (As Needed)Assist with additional Marketing & Sales projects based on department prioritiesSupport presentations, proposals and special initiativesHelp ensure deadlines and deliverables are met across the teamQualifications and Skills:Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or 1–2 years of equivalent marketing experience; bachelor's degree preferredStrong writing, editing, and verbal communication skillsBasic understanding of SEO, digital ads, and social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).Experience with Content tools, Website platforms, Google Ads, and Meta Business SuiteDetail-oriented, organized, and proactiveWhy This Role MattersThis role supports the execution of external marketing efforts that strengthen brand presence and help drive business growth.
