Position Summary
Lead technical position at Rollout Operations Center (ROC)
Rollout Operations Center deploys new hardware and software to all CVS sites
ROC procures and uses Third Party Vendors to install the equipment in CVS sites
ROC creates all instruction manual Redbooks for technicians
ROC has its own Call Center for field technicians to call into
Responsibilities
Overseeing contractors working on project
Providing second level technical support to field technicians and ROC contractors
Creating documentation for projects including instruction manuals (Redbooks)
Work with database team to create database structure for projects
Work with vendors as needed for scheduling and coordination
Run and distribute project reports daily
Host and/or attend weekly project meetings with vendors and project stakeholders
Take phone calls from vendor technicians in call center as needed to support project
Required Qualifications
This is a hybrid position that will require some in office days at our Smithfield, RI location. Candidates should reside a commutable distance to this location.
Microsoft Office proficiency required - Outlook, Excel, and Word
1 Year experience in related field or technical call center
1 Year of hardware installation / troubleshooting experience
Good communication and written skills
Preferred Qualifications
Supervisory experience in any previous employment
2+ years of hardware installation / troubleshooting experience
IT / Technical Education Degree
Education
Minimum of High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is
$17.00 - $31.30
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
