Pest Control Representative

We're looking for a Pest Control Representative to work directly with local customers, identify their pest control needs, and guide them toward the right solution. Full training provided. Pest Control Representative Responsibilities: Conduct in-person consultations to assess current and potential pest issues and present appropriate solutions Connect customers with our clients through sales enrollment and service information Highlight eco-friendly treatments and recurring seasonal plans that protect homes long-term Exhibit effective customer service and sales knowledge to effectively communicate client purpose and advantages Track customer engagement and sales activity to support campaign performance Pest Control Representative Qualities/Qualifications: Professional and personable communication skills Problem-solving and analytical skills Experience in sales, customer service, or client services is a plus Ability to attend Pest Control Representative meetings at the local office location A people-focused mindset with a genuine desire to assist those who need services Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
