Outbound Sales Consultant
Job Title: Outbound Sales Consultant IIIPay Range: $22-24/hrLocation – Atlanta, GA, Plano, TX, Tucson, AZ or Charlotte, NCOnsite hybrid – 3 days per week Roles can be a combination of Inbound or Outbound RequirementsProven work experience as a sales consultantIn-depth knowledge of statistical analysis software like SPSS or SASFamiliarity with CRM programsAbility to gather and interpret dataOrganizational and analytical skillsCommunication skills BS degree in Marketing or related field Top 3 skills: (1) Strong conversation skills (2) ability to navigate multiple applications (3) prior Sales background Training: - 3 weeks of training + 1 week of nesting - 9-5:30pm ET schedule. 3 skill checks will be performed in training. Work schedule - 9-5:30pm ET - could change if they can work with their manager on 8 hours between 6am-8pm PT Appointments: ~10-12/daySelling multiple products - cloud-based Interviews: no role play in the interview. About Me is a major plus and the rest is Q&A. 30 minute in duration Interview Process: 30 minutes Part 1 – Prepare an about me Slide to share your screen and present a 3-5 minute pitch about yourself and what you have done in your past roles and one professional accomplishment you are most proud of. Part 2 - 15-20 minutes Conversational Q&A about Sales Discovery and understanding and experience with Sales Process You will be asked to provide a Self-assessment of you Sales Acumen – Q&A about their sales process and sales acumen Really about getting to know you and understanding your ability to engage and have a discovery conversation and Consultative Sales approach with Prospects. Ask Discovery question, Q&A about products and Services the customer is currently using, Ask for the appointment and closing discussions with the customer Ability to have a conversation - The interviewer will evaluate your ability to engage a customer in a conversation. Part 3 - Final Questions Top 3 skills: (1) Strong conversation skills (2) ability to navigate multiple applications (3) prior Sales background Training: - 3 weeks of training + 1 week of nesting - 9-5:30pm ET schedule. 3 skill checks will be performed in training.
