This is an entry level cnc operator position, which will require some heavy lifting. Must have Mill experience on a CNC machine as an operator. Will consider Technical High school grads with practical experience training (tech transcripts with instructor reference). Technical college (2 yr) experience is ideal.Responsibilities Operate and maintain CNC milling machines ranging from 2 to 5 axis. Set up machines, load materials, and ensure the correct tooling is in place. Monitor machine operations, make adjustments as needed, and perform quality checks. Produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications and blueprints. Maintain a clean and organized work area and perform routine machine maintenance. Collaborate with the production team to meet project goals and deadlines. Troubleshoot and address minor technical issues to minimize downtime. Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards at all times.Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of experience operating CNC milling machines for 2-5 axis machining. Strong work history demonstrating reliability and a strong work ethic. Familiarity with CNC programming, tool offsets, and machine setup. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate machining. Good understanding of machining principles, materials, and tooling. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.Additional Information Tools will be provided on-site; no need to bring personal tools. Skills test will be conducted to assess technical knowledge (10-minute, 9-question multiple-choice paper test). Successful candidates will be considered for an interview based on skills test performance. Outstanding references will be taken into consideration for candidates with less than the specified experience.
