DescriptionFrozen Ropes in Natick is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Part-Time Staff to join our team in running our engaging Recreational Camps and exciting Birthday Parties at our state-of-the-art training facility in Natick, MA.RequirementsKey Requirements:Team Collaboration: A strong willingness to work effectively and collaboratively with a dedicated team of staff.Communication Skills: Possession of excellent, clear, and professional communication abilities.Child Engagement: A genuine enjoyment and aptitude for working with children, specifically those in the 5 to 13 age range.Availability: Must be available to work during select weekday afternoons through evenings and/or weekend days.Primary ResponsibilitiesAdherence to Standards: Thoroughly review and strictly adhere to the policies and procedures outlined in the Frozen Ropes Employee Handbook and the Camp and Party Staff Procedures.Professionalism: Consistently maintain a professional demeanor, positive attitude, and polished appearance when interacting with customers, parents, and fellow staff members.Brand Representation: Serve as a positive representative for Frozen Ropes, upholding our professional standards both at our facility (on the turf and fields) and in the community.Program Execution: Actively work with and supervise children during recreational camps and birthday parties, ensuring a safe and fun experience.Operational Duties: Execute essential daily projects, including comprehensive opening and closing procedures and end-of-day cleanup.Logistics Support: Efficiently manage the setup and breakdown of all necessary rental and program equipment.To ensure your application is considered, you must include a detailed breakdown of your availability by day of the week.
