Imedview, Inc. is actively hiring a Legal Scheduling Coordinator for IME services. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong communication skills are a must! Description Imedview, Inc. is actively hiring a Legal Scheduling Coordinator and are particularly interested in candidates that are in the states of New York (NY), New Jersey (NJ), and Massachusetts (MA). Our company has hired over 25 new employees this year and is consistently adding to our exceptional staff! As a Scheduling Coordinator, you'll have a vital role in setting up IME services. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to work well under pressure. Strong communication skills are a must! Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Acknowledges and handles incoming requests from clients to coordinate IME's with various types of specialties. Ability to read and analyze legal / medical documents so that appropriate CV's are offered to clients to assist with designations Manage casework from start to end. Communicates with physicians, clients and or plaintiff's counsel regarding any schedule changes. Coordinates ancillary services such as interpretation, and transportation when needed. Handles and responds promptly to incoming calls, e-mails or faxes from physicians or clients requesting report status and/or information. Must be able to demonstrate and promote a positive team-oriented environment. Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities and use time efficiently. Must be able to work well under pressure. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Clerical or related experience strongly preferred. Experience in scheduling or within medical/legal offices preferred. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Maintain professionalism and articulate communication on the phone.
