This position is a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, pursuant to 42 CFR460.102(b) and (d), as the Driver Representative.vJob RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions .EducationBachelor's degree required: four (4) years of relevant experience in transportation management may be substituted for the degree.ExperienceTwo (2) years’ experience in transportation management. One (1) year experience working with the frail and elderly population preferred. If not met, willingness to train on the complexities of serving a frail and elderly population is required.Other Requirement(s)Valid WA State Driver’s License and safe driving record. Ability to safely operate a bus and provide back-up emergency driver coverage. Must have active CPR and First Aid Certification within one month of hire.
