Kitchen Helper

*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and energetic person to join our team in a fast-paced dining environment. This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen and dining areas. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service and hospitality, ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. *Duties* * Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment promptly and efficiently. * Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, including washing, peeling, and cutting ingredients. * Bus tables by clearing away dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils to maintain a clean dining area. * Support the kitchen staff with basic cooking tasks when necessary. * Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining rooms, restrooms, and kitchen spaces. * Ensure proper food handling practices are followed to maintain safety and hygiene standards. * Assist with banquet setups and breakdowns as required during special events or catering services. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods. *Requirements* * Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred. * Familiarity with food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices. * Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining a tidy work environment. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. * Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving guests Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
