A wholesale bait distributor in Beaufort, North Carolina needs delivery drivers for peak season starting now. This is a coastal route, early mornings, customer-facing work, and up to 12-hour days. No CDL required. Potential for long term employment depending on experience/needs.Start: ImmediateWhat You Will DoDrive up to a 22 ft. box truck on scheduled delivery routes along the NC coast, with routes reaching as far south as Myrtle Beach, SCDeliver frozen fish and bait products to bait and tackle shops, wildlife centers, and retail customers.Interact directly with customers at every stop, assist with bait selection, and stock retail freezer shelvesAccurately match products to delivery orders, maintain delivery documentation, and report any discrepancies at time of deliveryHandle 10-12 hour workdays consistently, including lifting up to 50 lbs from floor to waist height throughout the shiftRepresent the company professionally on the road and at every customer locationComplete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and maintain a clean, organized truckWhat We Are Looking ForRequired2+ years of box truck or delivery driving experienceClean driving record - a DMV report will be required as part of the hiring processAbility to pass a DOT medical exam and pre-employment drug screeningStrong communication and customer service skills - you are the face of the company at every stopPhysically able to lift 50 lbs unassisted and sustain a 12-hour physical workdayAttention to detail - correct product delivery is critical at every stopPreferredKnowledge of saltwater fishing products and techniquesComfort with overnight travel 1-2 nights per week during busy seasonEOE
