OverviewVP of Sales of North America $150K+ AnnuallyJoin SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Strategy and Execution: Define and execute a North American sales strategy aligned with revenue targets and growth objectives.Commercialization: Lead commercialization efforts across direct sales, distributor networks, and strategic partnerships.Sales Performance: Drive pipeline development, conversion, and overall sales performance.Market Alignment: Align strategy with market trends, competitive positioning, and regulatory considerations.Revenue Growth and Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic facilities.Account Expansion: Expand enterprise and strategic accounts through consultative, value-based selling.Commercial Models: Develop and implement flexible commercial models such as capital sales, leasing, and pay-per-use.Targets: Achieve aggressive revenue and market share growth targets.Sales Leadership and Team Development: Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales organization across North America.Performance Management: Establish clear KPIs, accountability, and performance management frameworks.Talent: Recruit, mentor, and retain top sales talent; implement structured sales methodologies and coaching programs.Key Accounts and Industry Leadership: Serve as executive sponsor for key accounts and partnerships.Relationship Building: Build relationships with C-level executives, clinicians, and key opinion leaders.Industry Representation: Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.Product Insight: Provide customer insights to support product strategy and innovation.Operational Excellence and Forecasting: Own forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.CRM and Data Analytics: Implement CRM best practices and data-driven decision-making.Process Optimization: Optimize territory planning, compensation structures, and sales processes; ensure consistent execution across the full sales lifecycle.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Service, and Executive Leadership; contribute to product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.Strategic Initiatives: Support partnerships, product launches, and growth opportunities.Qualifications and Requirements7–10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, including senior-level roles.Proven success driving revenue growth and scaling sales organizations across North America.Extensive experience in medical device or diagnostic imaging sales.Experience with cardiology diagnostics (resting and stress ECG preferred), vascular diagnostics, transcranial Doppler (TCD), or ultrasound systems.Strong experience managing complex capital equipment sales cycles within healthcare environments.Experience with both direct and distributor/channel sales models.Strong understanding of U.S. and Canadian healthcare systems and procurement processes.Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.Preferred QualificationsEstablished network of healthcare executives, clinicians, and key opinion leaders.Experience launching new technologies or entering new markets.Background in high-growth or entrepreneurial environments.Leadership CompetenciesStrategic vision with strong execution discipline.Data-driven decision-making and forecasting expertise.Enterprise sales and negotiation capabilities.Team building and leadership development.Customer-focused and market-driven mindset.Strong executive presence and cross-functional influence.ScheduleFull-time, Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
