Elevating the Essentials isn’t just our tagline, it’s the higher standard we live by every day.Job Description SummaryThis position is predominantly responsible for the monitoring and control of employee access into Controlled Substances areas at the Fenton manufacturing facility to include manufacturing, packaging areas, clothes change facilities, as well as any other areas that potentially afford access to Controlled Substance Areas.Job DescriptionESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSPrevent diversion as stated in Title 21 of the Code of Federal RegulationsCoordinate security alarm repairsArrange and escort controlled substance trashRotate from building to building to assist the other monitorsPrimary contact for alarms during shutdown periodsMaintain door list and entry records for buildingsMaintain alarm system daily and report problemsConduct monthly alarm testsAssist supervisors and facilitators as neededMaintain a safe working environment and adhere to good housekeeping practicesEnsure active participation in the site’s safety programOther duties as neededMinimum RequirementsEducation: High School Diploma or GEDExperience1-3 years experience in Security experience a plus.Preferred Skills/QualificationsOrganizational Skills, Works well with othersGood communication and interpersonal skillsComputer literacyProficient in basic mathematicsExcellent record keeping and organizational skillsOther SkillsGood Teamwork skillsMust be dependable and have an excellent attendance recordMust be flexible about work hours/scheduleAbility to be on call and work overtime as neededRelationships With OthersThis position reports to the Plant Manager. This position requires interaction with many layers of management and non-management personnel at the plant.Working ConditionsThis position works primary in and office type environment.
