On Call Nurses, primarily perform admissions for all levels of patient care including complex? Infusion and Wound Care. After hours calls that require an in-home visit are completed and telephone education is completed for after-hours calls that do not require an in-home visit. Provides education and resources to patients and caregivers allowing them to manage their conditions and remain in their own home. Education: ▪ Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program Experience: ▪ Required: Minimum one (1) year experience as professional nurse within the last three (3) years. Skills: ▪ Ability to work effectively, professionally and courteously with co-workers, families, clients, physicians and their staff, and community resources. ▪ Must be organized and able to exercise attention to detail. ▪ Ability to adapt/work in fast-paced environment. ▪ Must be able to work on multiple tasks at one time. ▪ Ability to provide reliable transportation as required by nature of position. Licensure/Certification/Registration: ▪ Required: RN License active in the state of Missouri ▪ Required: Active Driver's License
